Nová čeština doma a ve světě (The New Czech at Home and Abroad), ISSN 1805-367X, is an online peer-reviewed journal that was founded in 2012, when it replaced the earlier print series Čeština doma a ve světě (1993-2008).
The journal publishes studies and reviews concerning various linguistic disciplines related to the Czech language. It provides a platform for established scholars, as well as students.
Nová čeština doma a ve světě is indexed by the Research, Development and Innovation Council within the list of peer-reviewed non-impact journals published in the Czech Republic.
The journal is published biannually, in electronic form. Since 2017 it has been an open access journal, with its content available at no charge. Users are free to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search and cite articles without having to obtain the permission of the publisher or author. The magazine is licensed under CC BY-NC-ND 2.0.
No fees are charged for manuscript submission, processing, and publication.
